General Description

It is found towards the northern fringe of the Parque del Retiro: Madrid’s most celebrated patch of urban greenery. Lengthy avenues such as the streets of Serrano and Velazquez – with their flanking of shopping-shaped delights of both global and local pertinence, are typical of the Salamanca neighborhood – stretching out towards the north of the city.

But, while the charms of this barrio are as numerous as they are alluring, there is plenty more to see beyond its borders. The nearby Principe de Vergara metro station will provide a good starting point, and a plethora of bus and taxi stops in the area serve as a commendable supporting act in the transportation department. Entrance: Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in a narrow corridor. The house spreads out to the left and straight ahead from here.

Bathroom #1: Two left turns from the front entrance, this bathroom is designed for guests and/or inhabitants of the secondary bedroom. It features a roomy, walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom: Furnished with a double bed (1,50m x 2,00m), twin bedside tables topped with contemporary, handpicked lamps, built-in closet space and its own en-suite bathroom facility, with a combined bathtub and shower.

Living/Dining Room and Kitchen: A functional space that has been suitably furnished and arranged into three key areas. The dining area is furnished with a custom-made, timber-topped table with seating for 4 persons. The living area/ lounge contains a 3-person sofa, designer wooden stool, elegant glass center table, and a plasma TV with premium channel that the whole family can enjoy together. The modern kitchen is separated from the rest of the space by a sliding door. It comes equipped with a range of electro-domestic appliances and essential utensils.

Secondary Bedroom: Suitable for a pair of young children, but can also be rearranged to comfortably accommodate a single dweller. Features two single beds (0,90m x 2,00m), which share a nightstand and reading lamp. Like the main bedroom, it also enjoys built-in wardrobe storage.

Other information: The apartment’s floors are lined with wood, except in the bathrooms, which are both tiled.

The second bedroom features two beds (0,90m x 2,00m), a bedside table with lamp and a built-in closet. The second bathroom has walk-in shower. There is wood flooring throughout the apartment except bathrooms, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 250 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
