Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 110 m2. Fifth floor. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living / dinning area that has 3 french balconies and is furnihed with a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a TV table with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The wooden dining table has space for four guests. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine / dryer. The master bedroom is exterior facing and has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), 2 bedside tables and a leather foot stool elegantly placed at the end of the bed an has aple built in wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.35m x 2.00m), a bedside table with a lamp and a small working area displayed on one of the sides with a writing table and a stool. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, with a writing table and a stool next to it. The second bathroom has a large bathtub. Please note there is wooden flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit before arrival to the apartment. The deposit will be returned in full seven days after departure, provided the apartment has not been damaged.
