General Description

Situated in the very centre of Madrid, just around the corner from the beautiful Gran Via avenue, this one bedroom apartment offers the perfect base in the capital. The Gran Via is one of Madrid’s most famous streets and is lined with art deco architecture, theatres, shops and restaurants. The nearby Templo de Debod park offers wonderful views of the surrounding sierra de Madrid. The neighbouring barrios of Malasaña, Chueca and Cortes are vibrant, varied and popular with locals and tourists. A number of transport links are within easy walking distance, meaning guests can explore the rest of the city and beyond. 

Located on the third floor of a traditional Madrid building, the apartment itself is bright and stylish with modern furnishings and plenty of space for up to 3 people. The focal point of the apartment is the living area, which includes a sitting room, dining area and kitchen, fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. A small balconette window opens out onto the street below and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or after-dinner drink. The master bedroom has been tastefully decorated and includes built-in storage and an en-suite bathroom.

Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 78 m². Third floor. The living/dining room is furnished with a single-seater sofa bed (1,05m x 1,90m), two armchairs, a wooden coffee table, an elegant standing lamp and a side table. In addition, there is a plasma TV and a wireless speaker. The dining area has a table with seats for up to four people and standing lamp. The kitchen is fully equipped and is hidden behind a system of doors and it can be fully concealed when not in use. The bedroom comes complete with a double bed (1,40m x 1,90m), two bedside tables, built-in closets with light at the bottom and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate loo. The second bathroom has walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathrooms, which are all tiled.

Booking Conditions

We ask our clients to pay a refundable security deposit of € 200 upon arrival to the apartment. We will refund the deposit within seven days of your departure provided the apartment has not suffered any damage.
