Check In

A dedicated member of our Guest Services Team will be on hand to welcome you to your home and show you around.

It is really important that you let us know your arrival details prior to arriving so we can book an arrival appointment. Please note that in the event we don't have your details, we won’t be able to guarantee that someone from our team will be waiting for you.

If you have booked our transfer service, the chauffeur will be waiting for you outside customs to take you directly to your home. If you're going to be late on the day – please give us a call at +34 648 129 981 and we’ll try to rearrange your arrival.

Our standard check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. Early arrivals are subject to availability, and for a guaranteed early arrival before 16:00, we encourage you to book the night before

Late arrivals incur a supplement. If you arrive between 21:00 and 23:00, there’ll be an extra cost of 30€ paid in cash to the Guest Services Representative. for arrivals after 23:00 the extra cost will be 50€.

During the check-in you'll receive: 

  • The keys for your home
  • A tour of the home and information about the use of appliances.
  • Info about the rules of the community/building you’ll be staying in and some recommendations about the area.
  • Contact details for any urgent problems outside working hours.

As part of your check in, we’ll ask the lead guest to present their identity card or passport along with a valid credit/debit card for the security deposit (please note we cannot accept cash for the security deposit). We’ll also ask them to sign the rental agreement and settle any payments that need to be made.
