| Three floors spread over 450m2. First Floor: Entrance leads into the hall and spacious living area equipped with two separate seating areas. Door leads into the fully equipped kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Separate dining area in the kitchen with table to seat 8 people. Second Floor: 4 double Bedrooms; two bedrooms have queen sized beds (1.60m x 2.00m) 3rd bedroom is equipped with bunk beds (0.90m x 1.90m) and 4th bedroom has two levels with built in cupboard space on bottom level and a ladder leading up to the bed on a higher level (1.60m x 2.00m). There are two bathrooms on this floor; one equipped with bathtub and the second one with a shower. There is a small office area at the base of the stairs that leads to the third floor. Third floor: Master bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with a king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and built in cupboards. Washroom is also situated on this floor equipped with washing machine, drying space and Guest WC. Terrace with two levels is accessed from the third floor. Both terraces have tables and chairs.
