GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This spacious and peaceful villa is on the north-west coast of Mallorca, conveniently located just 30 minutes from the airport in between the two beautiful resorts of Deia and Soller. Nearby Deia offers everything you may need during your stay, including good restaurants, café´s, and essential services such as banks and a pharmacy. Alternatively, the picturesque seaside village of Port Soller has traditional open markets and shops, selling everything from jewellery and clothes to locally sourced fruit, fish and olive oil. The surrounding area is known for its natural beauty, and is a great place to swim, take a walk or bike ride in the nearby hills. The property is just a short walk from a private rocky alcove, where the crystal clear water is ideal for snorkeling and swimming. Alternatively, the beach of Llucalcari and its nourishing mud springs is just a five minute drive away. The house itself is set in luxurious landscaped grounds, including a small shaded olive grove, an open porch and a unique fountain feature. The salt-system pool is part of a spacious patio area, complete with dining table for six and al-fresco barbeque kitchen. The house has been decorated and refurbished to the highest standard, in what is an elegant blend of the modern and the traditional. With whitewashed walls, stone flooring and a fully-equipped country kitchen, it`s the perfect option for those looking to relax and unwind on this beautiful island. A bright and spacious conservatory adjoining the kitchen contains a dining table for six and the large living room is cool and calm, opening out onto the main front terrace. There is a further sitting and dining area in the kitchen, and a small sofa area in the master bedroom. Two of the three en-suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor, whilst the third bedroom is on the lower level of the house, its large bathroom with self-standing tub located just along the hall. From its beautiful landscaped grounds and interior decoration to the stunning sunsets you can see from the porch, this superb property offers you everything you need for a relaxing break in the sun. This property is not suitable for small children.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

House built on three levels. Ground floor: There is an ample living room with two beige sofas facing each other, a coffee table in the center and an open fireplace. Opposite is a built in large day bed with flat screen satellite TV and DVD. Up the flight of stairs is the kitchen with view over the living room. The u-shaped kitchen is fitted with fridge, freezer, oven, double hob and dishwasher. The kitchen has a seating area equipped with a wooden table, 3 chairs and a built in kitchen bench seating 3. Next to the kitchen is the conservatory with dining facilities equipped with a table and chairs that seat 6. Next to the dining room is the smallest of the three bedrooms: 1 four poster queen sized (1.60m x 2.00) bed and En-suite bathroom with shower with access to the garden. The master bedroom is next to the living area and contains a king size wooden bed (1.80m x 2.00m), beige three-seater sofa and open fireplace, direct access to the garden and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 3 is downstairs and contains a king sized built in bed (1.80m x 2.00m). Bathroom is in the hall with walk in shower and a Phillip Stark bathtub. Grounds: living area and master bedroom lead out to front terrace equipped with seating area and table and chairs for 6. Extensive landscaped garden with irrigation system, various shaded areas; large terrace with overgrown greenery on pergola, open porch with free standing hammock, large patio with BBQ, olive wood shaded area, lawn, fountain, salt system pool 8m x 5m, shower, sunbathing area and shade with sun loungers.
