GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Casa Candela is a small stone house, made up of 2 floors, located next to La Casina del Guardes. The house is situated on the edge of the charming hamlet of Lledias, directly beneath the foothills of the Picos de Europa mountain range, yet only five minutes from the coast. It is an ideal location from which to explore the surrounding area and partake in the numerous activities that it offers, such as: salmon and trout fishing, horse riding, 4x4 routes, climbing and trekking. A couple of minutes away is Posada de Llanes, a small town, where plenty of bars, restaurants and most other important services can be found. The nearest beaches, unspoilt sandy coves, protected by dramatic rocky cliffs, are only a five minute drive away. The cities of Oviedo and Santander are both one hour drive away (100 km). 7% VAT is not included in price.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Two floors. Ground floor: Small, but well equipped kitchen, sitting room with a two-seater sofa, an armchair, dining table and chairs and fireplace. First floor: One twin bedroom (0.90m x 1.90m) with its own fireplace and en suite shower. Ladder leads up to a small loft with one bed (0.80m x 1.80m) Grounds: access to a small garden accross the road, ideal for dinning al fresco under the alcacia tree.>br>
