| One of three entirely independent and totally secluded villas of the Son Buñola estate approached by a private coastal road, Sa Punta is a truly unique and distinctive property.
Built to a design combining the contemporary with the traditional, including exposed wooden ceiling beams and terracotta flooring, this stone-walled villa has been decorated and furnished in exquisite taste, the utmost care and attention having been lavished on every little detail. Located in the north-west corner of the island, it enjoys breathtaking panoramic views over the sea and the imposing mountain ranges for which Mallorca is renowned. The splendid Mediterranean sunrises and sunsets can be admired from the seclusion of the spacious terraces and from the many different outdoor areas around the house and large heated swimming-pool. Although standing completely secluded and undisturbed, the villa is only a half-hour drive from the bustling capital, Palma de Mallorca, with its wealth of upmarket shops and its monumental architecture, and a similar distance from Valldemossa, the beautiful mountain village immortalized by Chopin in his raindrop prelude. While the villa has its own attractive and secluded gardens, guests are free to roam throughout the extensive grounds and fruit terraces of the parent estate, one of the finest on the island. The spacious interior, accommodating at least ten people in luxuriously-appointed double bedrooms, offers the highest standards of comfort both in summer and winter, Sa Punta is fully staffed, with your own chef, waitress and maid, ensuring you can totally relax during your stay.

Entrance Level: Large entrance hall leads on the left to a full equipped modern kitchen with a 6 burner range cooker, table for 6, American style fridge, large freezer and pantry. Direct access from the hall and the kitchen to the Dining room outfitted with table to seat 8 and French doors leading out to the garden. On the right of the hall is a very large living area, divided into seating area equipped with two plush sofas and 2 easy chairs with a wood and glass coffee table and open fire place and a TV area on slightly lower level with video, DVD, English, German and Spanish satellite television, Sony Play station and I-Pod with docking station and a Bose Hi-Fi and Dolby surround system. Ample selection of videos, DVD’s, CD’s and a library of guide books. Through the living room you have access to the master bedroom suite with a Kind sized four poster bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, private dressing room and an open fireplace with direct access to a terrace with sea views. Through a corridor and down a couple of steps, leads to the lower hall with an office area equipped with desk with computer, printer and fax, ADSL Internet access, guest toilet, drinks fridge and laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. Lower Level: Two double bedrooms (1.60m x 2.00m) with sitting areas and two twin bedrooms (0.90m x 2.00m). Each bedroom has its own terrace with table and chairs and views of the sea and mountains. The whole house is equipped with independent air conditioning and all bedrooms have Peter Reed Egyptian cotton sheets. Grounds: there is a spacious loggia with table for dining al fresco and a seating area. The terrace is equipped with a Bose sound system. Path leading down to the large, private heated swimming pool with salt electrolysis system which ensures no irritation of the eyes. Next to the pool is a barbeque and a traditional Mallorcan stone oven with outdoor shaded dining area with marble table to seat 8. Panoramic coastal and mountain views. Teak sun beds with cushions, umbrellas and pool towels. Lawned area. There is also a tennis court on the estate, and the entire 3700 acres are open for guests to wander at will. There is direct access to a pebble beach from the estate.

High season includes: Laying and clearing of continental breakfast. Chef to prepare buffet lunch, pre-dinner canapes and formal dinner 6 days per week.
