GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Newly built into a pine-treed hillside in the tranquil and exclusive San Miguel area of Ibiza, this spacious villa offers privacy, magnificent Mediterranean views and spectacular Ibizan sunsets. The villa is 19 kilometres from Ibiza City in an area renowned for its stunning natural beauty. The coastline here offers up many small, quiet coves and the beach of Benirras, among the prettiest and best known, is only five minutes away. Approximately ten minutes away, is the town of San Miguel, which is the nearest source of supplies and amenities. The port of San Miguel offers various water sports and the Caves of C'an Marça are a worthwhile attraction.

Great attention has been paid to every detail in the construction of this villa and the terracotta and stone façade blends well into the hillside. Access to the property is from the rear, allowing uninterrupted views to the sea. Inside, the property features an extremely large living room, on the middle floor, from which a covered terrace can be accessed. The terrace is sufficiently large for al fresco dining and has been fitted with a large dining table with views over the pool and beyond to the sea. The master bedroom, with four-poster bed, is located on the top floor, while the other four bedrooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. Four of the five bedrooms look out to the sea. There is a second dining area and in a shaded corner of the villa’s patio.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Plot: 1000 m2. Surface area: 350 m2. First Floor. There is large a living area furnished with two large sofas around a wooden coffee table, 2 armchairs and LCD TV, DVD and music system and a dining table for 10 people. This area, with sea views, opens onto the terrace (“porch”) with a second teak dining table up to 10. The kitchen, on the left side of the entrance, is fully equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a toilet (WC). Ground Floor. There are four bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes) and three of them with direct access to the pool: 1 four-poster queen-sized bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with sea views, dressing area and en suite walk-in shower; 2 twins (2 single beds 1.05m x 1.90m) with en suite walk-in shower; and 1 trundel bed (2 singles 1.00m x 1.90m). There is an independent bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a utility room with laundry facilities. Annexe House. Stairs down by the pool with a small patio and sea views there is an independent four-poster queen-sized bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with small living area with a sofa bed and complete bathroom. Grounds: There is a private horizon swimming pool (11.00m x 4.00m) with panoramic sea views and surrounded by garden. There are 6 sun loungers, a semi-covered porch with an outdoor dining table for 8 people. There is an outside shower.
