GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Famous landmarks, such as the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, are only a short distance away. The area is renowned for its quality tapas bars and restaurants; the popular dining street of Cava Baja is round the corner. For access to other parts of the city, the metro station of La Latina is less than five minutes walk away. The apartment is ideal for a couple, having a master bedroom with a large en suite bathroom, and an additional bed just off the living room when required. With hardwood floors throughout, the décor is warm, inviting and elegant and two traditional shuttered balconies flood the main open plan living area with light.The rental price shown on the website applies for up to 2 people. For up to 3 people there is an additional charge of € 25 /day.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

One has one 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, a puff, LCD TV, DVD and has two beautiful French balconies facing out onto the small street below; the other area contains a square dining table for four, a fitted kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a bedroom (double bed 1.35m x 1.90m) with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom containing a bath and a walk-in shower. There is a second bed (1.50m x 2.00m) next to the dining area. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment.
