GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The keynote of this imposing modern villa is its privacy. Recently built to the highest specifications with no expense spared, it stands in complete seclusion between a backdrop of pine trees and an impressive panoramic view of the sea. Facing westwards from the southwest coast of the island, the house overlooks the Cala Corral, a picturesque rocky inlet unfrequented by tourists owing to its lack of a sandy beach, and affords a breathtaking vantage point from which to contemplate the setting sun as it slowly sinks below the horizon of the Mediterranean. The magnificent infinity-edge swimming pool, merging with the sea beyond and well-supplied with comfortably-upholstered teak sun-loungers, and the shaded open-air dining area with seating for eight, can thus be enjoyed in an atmosphere of total seclusion and privacy. The finest materials have been used in the construction of this property, including state-of-the-art flagstone and polished cement floorings and exposed natural stone walls contrasting with the more traditional white-painted surfaces typical of the island. The house has been decorated and fitted out to a very high standard, creating an overall impression of tasteful refinement. The master suite includes a luxurious bathroom with a unique triangular stone bathtub. The other double bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms with showers and all the bedrooms enjoy spectacular sea views and direct access to the pool area. A separate servant’s bedroom is also available. The living room with its separate dining area, panoramic views and luxurious L-shaped white leather sofa can be integrated into the terrace and pool area by opening up the large sliding French windows.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

The entrance via a courtyard with two “Bali” style wooden doors leads to the living room, with sea views, and furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, one puff and LCD TV, DVD and music system. It connects to dining room with seats for 8 people. This area has sliding doors that integrate and open the living / dining room onto the porch and the swimming pool. The kitchen, on the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge freezer, 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a utility room with laundry facilities. The master suite with independent access from the pool has a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with TV and en suite bathroom with triangle shade bath and a showerhead. On the left side on the house through a corridor there are three double bedrooms (1.50m x 1.90m) with en suite shower rooms and sliding doors that open onto the pool area. All of them have sea views. There is an additional toilet (WC). There is also a fifth bedroom for maid service, which can be made available upon request, and a shower room. Grounds: The porch is furnished with outdoor wicker furniture: one sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a sun bed. There is another part shaded area by the pool with an outside dining table for up to 8, seating area and 6 teak sun loungers. The private horizon swimming pool offers panoramic views of “Cala Corral”.
