GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Roche is a newly refurbished in January 2010 and occupying a prime beachfront position on Cadiz’s spectacular Atlantic coast. The property is laid out over a single level; marble floors and white walls create a cool and tranquil habitat. Rooms are bright and airy, containing an array of quality furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area is particularly charming, spacious yet cosy and with a variety of tasteful prints adorning the walls. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and feature stylish marble surfaces. The kitchen is equally appealing; modern, bright and clean, it also contains a breakfast table for four. An arched and shaded terrace is equipped with garden furniture which, like the interior furnishings, is of a high standard; this exterior dining area is perfectly positioned to enjoy views out over the pool and the sea. The garden contains a variety of trees and shrubs, much is laid to lawn, and just beyond lies the white sandy beach. The positioning of Roche means that it also enjoys incredible sunsets, in addition a roof terrace affords an even greater vantage point to appreciate the views of the coastline and surrounding locale. A local restaurant, pharmacy and grocery store are within walking distance, a five minute drive away is the town of Conil containing a larger supermarket and a wider selection of bars and restaurants. The rental price shown on the website applies for up to 3 people. For up to 6 people there is an additional charge of 20 euros/day in low, mid and upper-mid seasons and of 40 euros/day in high season. Please note: 40 euros/person final cleaning fee not included in price, additional maid service available upon request.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Two floors. Ground floor: entrance into hallway that leads to the left into a large living / dining room that has direct access to the covered terrace and garden. It is furnished with one 3-seater sofa, three armchairs, a wooden coffee table, a Satellite TV, CD- Player and DVD. The round dining table seats 6. The kitchen, straight ahead of the entrance hall, is fully fitted with fridge freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and has a breakfast table and also direct access to the garden. There is a bathroom with shower. To the right there is a corridor that ends at the bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (2 twins pushed together 1.80m x 2.00m) with TV, dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath, 1 double (2 twins pushed together 1.80m x 2.00m) and 1 twin bedroom (0.90 x 2.00). These two rooms share a bathroom with bath. Please note that there is a fourth room with a sofa bed only for maid service use (if not it would be locked). First Floor: There is a sofa with cushions and access to the roof terrace with sun loungers and panoramic views of the sea. Grounds: There is a covered terrace with an outside teak dining table for 6, a private swimming pool (6.00m x 4.00m) and an outside shower.
