ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Three floors. First floor: entrance into a hallway. To the left is the master double bedroom (king-sized bed 2.00m x 2.00m) with en suite bathroom containing bath and separate walk-in shower; also one 2-seater sofa, fitted wardrobes and a balcony with views of the valley. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an american style fridge freezer, 5-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and leads out onto an open-sided terrace with a table for 6 and a large grill for cooking, a perfect place for al fresco dining. This connects by a staircase with the ground floor terrace and the pool area. There is a separate WC. Ground floor: There is an ample living / sitting room furnished with one leather 3-seater sofa, one leather 2-seater sofa, two leather armchairs, a Moroccan coffee table, an open fireplace, a panoramic Satellite TV, a DVD player, and Bang and Olufsen music system. This area opens out onto a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and countryside views and connects by a staircase with the pool area. There are two bedrooms with TV and VCR: 1 double (king-sized bed 2.00m x 2.00m) and 1 twin (0.90 x 1.90). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Lower Ground Floor: There is a double bedroom (access by stairs from the kitchen or from the pool). Grounds: At the entrance of the house there is a private path with a variety of mature trees. There is a private pool, a covered porch with seating area and sun loungers. There is also a shower room with outside access.
