GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Set amongst the walnut trees in the serene Guadiario y Linda valley and with views over the Grazalema and Los Alcornocales natural parks, this completely refurbished country villa offers an exceptionally high level of accommodation in a spectacular and tranquil location. The estate covers more than 200 hectares, rich in flora, wildlife and raw beauty. A unique property constructed of natural stone - its imposing tower, clearly visible on the approach, gives only a taste of what to expect. No expense has been spared in furnishing this highly desirable retreat, with solid oak furniture, artwork and carpets imported from as far away as India. The subtle Asian – Iberian fusion created by the interior designer blends harmoniously, providing a unique ambience throughout. Numerous features, such as the minstrel gallery, set this property apart and affords guests a truly original holiday experience. Two separate cottages, next to the main house, can sleep up to 2 people in each. Decorated and furnished to the same high standard as the main house, this separate building means that Los Nogales can cater for parties of up to 10 whilst still affording a comfortable level of privacy if required. Hikers and keen ramblers can indulge; the surrounding terrain of the Sierra de Grazalema and the Rio Guadiario provide the ideal walking environment with some simply spectacular scenery on offer. Horse riding, 4x4 and abseiling are all easily organized for the more adventurous. Basic provisions can be purchased in Estacion de Cortes - just 4km away and containing a grocery shop and two restaurants. 9km away is Cortes de la Frontera with a fine selection of restaurants and shops. A range of fresh local produce, wines and cheeses are available here and should be sampled. Gaucin is approximately a 15 minute drive away, picturesque and tranquil, a typical Andalucian white village and well worth a visit. Similarly, the historic city of Ronda is a further 10 minute drive and the beach can be reached in less than an hour from the villa. Los Nogales privileged location means that access to the property is via 3.5 km of unpaved road. The rental price shown on the website applies for up to 6 people. Each cottage is rented seperately at 50€/day.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Two floors. Ground floor: Entrance into a hallway that leads to the left and into a sitting area with a large glass window facing out towards the pool and countryside. This room is furnished with two 3-seater sofas, one armchair, a coffee table and a piano and connects with the large front terrace with different dining areas for eating “al fresco”. Straight ahead into the living room that contains an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a fireplace, a TV, a DVD and Music System and leads out to the pool. There is a separate WC. The open kitchen / dining room, on the right side of the entrance hall, is equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The fridge freezer and the washing machine are in the larder, next to the kitchen. First Floor: There are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with showers): 2 doubles and 1 twin (2 singles pushed together). There is access to the back terrace of the house. Grounds: Two seperate cottages 50m2 each, with double bed (1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite bathrooms with shower. There is a pool surrounded by gardens and equipped with outdoor furniture.
