Situated on the private Son Bunyola estate and edged by pine clad hills, this exclusive property on the spectacular North West coast of Mallorca offers unrivalled levels of peace and tranquillity in a truly breath taking location. The interior of this prestigious four bedroom villa has been decorated with the utmost attention to detail and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Exposed beamed ceilings and white walls contribute to its Mallorquine charm. Numerous original works of art adorn the walls throughout, occasional tables, lamps and antique furniture all add to the comfortable yet spacious feel of this desirable retreat. Each room exudes its own particular charm, and all have views of the sea or the mountainous landscape. The exterior of the property is no less impressive than the interior; A tennis court is available for the more energetic, whilst a sizeable outdoor pool (heatable) surrounded by loungers and parasols provides the perfect place to relax in the Mediterranean sun. There are a number of terraces ideal for dining al fresco and the villa’s secluded location ensures complete privacy at all times. A pathway through the expansive grounds leads directly on to a secluded rocky beach. The pretty village of Banyalbufar is just a 10 minute drive away; the well known and picturesque town of Valdemossa is approximately 20 minutes away with its galleries, boutiques and a variety of excellent restaurants. A discreet staff of 2 is included in the rental price shown, lavishing you with meals and snacks. Sa Terra Rotja´s privileged location means that access to the property is via 3.8km of paved road.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Two floors. Entrance to the villa is via a large courtyard. Ground floor: There is an ample living room with beamed ceiling and furnished with three 3-seater sofas and a large coffee table around an open fireplace; there is also a sideboard, four armchairs, a Satellite TV with home cinema system, a VCR, a DVD and telephone. There are three large French doors in the living room, ones communicate with the courtyard and the others open onto the big terrace with spectacular views of the sea and pool. The terrace has outdoor furniture such as wicker sofas and chairs. The lounge has a large dining area for 10 and connects with the terrace which has an outside dining area ideal for summer eating and barbecuing. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences and there is also an utility room with laundry facilities. There is also a WC. There are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms: "The Red Room" has a four-poster king size bed (1.80m x 1.90m) and a private terrace with views over the sea. In this room there is also a desk, one armchair, and a 3-seater sofa that folds out into a double bed, there is also a dressing area; "The Blue Room" has a king size bed (2 singles pushed together) and a private terrace with views to the mountains. First floor: there are two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms: The Master Suite (west wing) has a king size bed (2.00m x 1.90m) and a private terrace with views over the sea and pool. There is also a wooden desk and two armchairs and a dressing area. The bathroom contains a Jacuzzi; "The Green Room" (east wing) has a king bed (2 singles pushed together) and a private terrace with views of the sea and countryside. It has a dressing area. All of the bathrooms are equipped with a separate bath and shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet and all bedrooms are provided with phones and air conditioning. Grounds: Large heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture surrounded by a vast landscape.
