Surface area: 916m2. Ground floor: There is a large living / dining area that contains one 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a Satellite TV, a DVD, a VCR and a dining table that seats 8. It has a large glass sliding door that opens onto a terrace that has a dining area with views over the sea. This part of the house connects with a second living area furnished with several sofas around an open fireplace that also leads onto the garden and pool area. There is second dining area for 10 by the kitchen that opens onto a patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, professional 6-ring gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It has a table for 6 and an old storage room. There is also toilet. On this floor, there are also five double bedrooms (2 singles pushed together) each with phones and TV sets and en-suite bathrooms, most containing a bath and separate shower and two single bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Some of the rooms face the sea. First floor: There is a spacious master bedroom (200m2) with two queen-sized beds, TV and PC and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and private terrace (200 m2) with wonderful views of the sea. It leads up onto a roof terrace with amazing views of the area. Grounds: There is private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Large mature garden with outdoor furniture.
