Ground floor: The entrance hall leads to the left into an open living / dining and kitchen area, straight ahead is the loggia, courtyard and pool and on the right to the sitting/TV room. The living room contains: two 3-seater sofas around an open fireplace under a canopy, an oak dining table that seats 8 to 10 and french doors that open onto the front terrace with views of the village, the mountains and the sea. The large kitchen, with Corian worktops, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including plumbed-in steam oven, electric oven, 2-ring gas hob, 2 ring electric hob, electric barbecue, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and a larder with dishwasher, large fridge, chiller and freezer. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate Utility room. There is a shower room that communicates with the pool. The stylish sitting room, on the right side of the entrance hall, features one 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a Satellite TV, DVD player, a Telephone / Fax and Music System (with Bose speakers piped through the ground floor), and opens out onto the front terrace and rear loggia. First floor: There are four bedrooms: 1 master four-poster bed (king-size bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with en-suite hydro massage bath and terrace; 1 double 1.80m x 2.00m (or twin) with ensuite shower room, both bedrooms have views of Deia and the sea; plus 1 twin with two singles with ensuite shower room. The ensuite bathroom with freestanding bath is situated in a tower and has windows in all directions, giving panoramic views of the mountains. There is also a separate second study on the first floor also with ADSL connection. Grounds: the loggia, overlooking a geometrically pattern cobbled courtyard, has an outside dining table for 8 with a professional stainless steel built in barbecue and there are several teak chairs and sun loungers in the garden. There is a second outside dining area for eight covered under a pergola adjacent to the pool. The front terrace has a third dining area seating 8 around a Moroccan tiled table with fabulous views of the village and sunsets. There is also a further more private terrace adjoining the Southwest wing.
