The kitchen is equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine and drier. The barbeque and exterior dining area are the perfect place to soak up the evening sun. A gate leads down to a private rocky beach, exclusively for the use of residents of Es Blau and by privileged guests of the La Residencia 5 star hotel, one of the island’s most prominent establishments and also designed by the same architect. Es Blau´s privileged location affords its guests an unrivalled level of privacy. The property is situated 7 km from the artist’s town of Deia and is accessed by a 1,5 km unpaved track way. Deia itself has a fine selection of restaurants, boutiques and art shops. Rate applied for 2 people. 10% surcharge for larger groups. |

Two levels. Ground Floor: There is a large open plan living / dining area with 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, a Satellite TV, a DVD and Music System. The French doors open onto the terrace with views over the Mediterranean. The dining area has a round table that seats up to 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is a double bedroom, four-poster bed, en suite bathroom with bath and its own terrace towards the sea. Lower Level: There are two double bedrooms, four-poster bed, with en suite bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and share a terrace towards the sea. All bedrooms have air conditioning, telephone and direct access to the terrace and garden. Grounds: Outside dining area and teak sun loungers.
