GENERAL DESCRIPTION

El Mirador de Estepona is located in the hills behind the Costa del Sol, with panoramic views towards Estepona and the sea. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, but the lively coastline is within easy reach (Estepona, 3km). Access to the villa is via a gravel drive ending the approach through a typical "andaluz" patio with trickling fountain, and there is plenty of parking. The house is well-equipped and has been elegantly furnished by its English owners, who have a self contained cottage in the grounds. The living areas are on the upper entrance level and the bedrooms below. French windows lead from the farmhouse-style kitchen/sitting room to a large terrace with extensive views. A spiral staircase curves down to the bedrooms on the lower level, which all have direct access to the pool, further terraces and a small lawned garden. There is an independent self-contained annex off the patio entrance. A wide range of restaurants are within easy reach of the property, from the sophistication of Marbella’s “Golden Mile” to beach-side restaurants and bars. There are several good golf courses in the area and horse riding and tennis are also available. Estepona's market and supermarkets are a short drive away and the "Pueblos Blancos" of Casares and Gaucin are only a few miles inland. Gibraltar and Malaga airports are 45 mins and 1 hour away respectively. Prices quoted up to 6 people. For larger groups up to 8 people there is a 120 Euro supplement in low season and a 160 Euro suplement in high season.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES

Main House. Two floors. Ground floor: The entrance leads to a cloakroom and the open-plan kitchen/sitting room which contains a 2-seater sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, a Satellite TV and a CD Player as well as a dining table that seats 10. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher and an adjacent utility room with laundry facilities. The sitting room has French windows that lead onto a large terrace that has an outside dining area for 10 and far reaching sea views. There is also an independent study with books and videos and a separate WC. Lower ground floor: There are three bedrooms, all on the lower level with direct access to the pool and sea views: 1 master bedroom (queen size 1.60m x 2.00m) en suite with bath and hand-held shower, 1 double bedroom (double bed 1.50m x 2.00m) and 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m). There is a second bathroom with bath and separate shower. All bedrooms have portable fans. Annex: There is an open-plan reception room with kitchen, dining and seating; another small sitting room with a double sofa bed and Satellite TV and a small double bedroom (1.40m x 1.90m) with en suite bathroom, containing a bath and hand-held shower.
